My first time coming to a wedding in this venue. They kept putting the volume down and 2 speakers were gone on the day of the wedding. Food super spicy when we all asked to have it no spicy. Never will visit this place again.

I spend 2 Weeks Organising my Sisters Wedding of only 100 Guests! It mustve been the most complicated task to complete due to the Back & Forth of the booking process. We had made it very clear that our guests were strictly AntiSpice/Chillis and to be completely Plainly served our Meat and Rice Dishes which we had chosen from the menu offered. On the day of the event 2 Speakers were Blown and we could barely hear the music to create an atmosphere to our audience/Guests which was ridiculously dealt by the Staff/Management. Food Arrived all at once; Starters/Mains/Desserts all was rushed with less than 20min and staff just kept throwing the food on the table and walk away, and took food away while some guests still eating and bought out huge bins to clear tables. 3 of our Guests found HAIR in their food that had arrived with HAIR in their Salads and Rice which I tried to get a manager and explain to the manager however due to the language Barrier he just moved his head and didnt even take the Food away. Overall a very Poor service and unacceptable behaviour/Food after paying so much money and a very special day for my Sister and her Partner was Ruined along with Our Guests which some had flown from different countries and didnt get to say Goodbye to the Bride and Groom as staff kept asking everyone to leave and say goodbye outside. Could have not been any more worse event attended and as an Event Manager myself for a huge company I was disappointed how poor we were treated. Overall Hugely disappointing and Frustrating experience to remember by everyone on our special day.
