The turnaround to answering my calls, communication along with diagnostics was very efficient, professional whilst remaining honest and cost efficient.
I received a fantastic service from start to end. I found Jack to be extremely experienced, extremely helpful and knowledgeable whilst going the extra mile.
As a landlord I was put into a difficult situation by my tenant which was extremely stressful, worrying and difficult but Jack soon helped me and gave me peace of mind. His attention to detail, high quality of work and willingness to help me free of charge is a credit to him.
