I worked there and it had the worse culture with abusive working ethics. Or simply there are racist. I worked there for 4 hours and then I was fired because apparently I was slow.

I got a job and was told I'd be picking and doing other warehouse duties (I have experience doing this) but I ended up stood in the same spot all day long packing orders. I asked if I'd be doing something different over the next few days (so I can have a bit of variety) and got told that the job was packing only (even though they said something completely different in the interview and I my work contract) I also found a lot of the staff were very immature, especially during break times, shouting, foul language (shouting racist remarks at each other as though it was a joke) and throwing rubbish around where people were trying to eat. There's also no lockers to store your belongings, you have to store them on the dirty warehouse floor with everyone else's belongings, which is obviously unsafe when you have to keep phones, bank cards and money etc in your bag, especially because the area isn't covered by CCTV and anyone could go in someone else's bag/coat and help themselves.
