I recently purchased an XC40 from the dealership. The sales part was easy although thats mainly because I had already test driven a similar car and was just after a certain spec. However, the aftersales has been poor and after waiting two weeks to get some simple information to use the Volvo app, I eventually gave up and asked Volvo directly who gave me the information in less than five minutes. I assume the sales agent just couldnt be bothered to call Volvo as the car had been sold. Disappointing to say the least and suffice to say I wont be going back.
