        Recently turned to these guys.for care for my new kitten. Took on pet plan in Leeds. Wow Good. However I was not happy that Hull branch charged me 62 for first vaccination and microchip. So paid twice as that should have been included in Plan. Hull Boothferry Branch where kitten was born should have sent me to Leeds for pet plan. Hull branch denied responsibility. I believe that they should pay me back. They r all called Vets for Pets. Shame as service is otherwise very professional. Hull should have given me the plan and this plan should have been transferable to Leeds branch.

        The staff are always so lovely when I bring Bacon in. He is a chunky rat and sometimes he is a misunderstood animal, but every time they meet him they are so loving and doting on him (no wonder he is a charming gent) but it always brings me joy visiting and knowing he is a popular little man and definitely makes me want to keep this vet surgery as the one I go to. Also a massive thank you from Bacon because he gets extra treats on these trips and regularly gets to sit on everyone's shoulders
