I urge anyone buying a car from this man to think twice. I purchased a car from Richard in April 2021, asking multiple questions about the cars history (specifically the timing belt). Fast forward to a week ago and my car has started to make horrendous noises, one of which was the timing belt I had queried with him. At the time Richard assured me that the timing belts never go on these vehicles so I had nothing to worry about. Having had the timing belt replaced at a cost to myself (the warranty Richard provides with the cars isn't worth the paper it's written on) I called him to ask if he was able to have a garage he is happy with inspect the vehicle because it was still making noises. His response was to say that he offered a discount when I bought the car so I should be happy with that, he wasn't willing to entertain the idea of helping one of his customers out who had reached out to him for assistance. After hastily telling me that he wasn't prepared to offer any assistance whatsoever he hung up on me mid conversation and proceeded to block my number. Overall this has been the worst experience I have ever had of buying a second hand car and find his lack of compassion appalling.

Richard was helpful, knowledgeable and gave us a great bargain on our vehicle purchase, whilst still operating in a safe environment. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Thanks Richard
