Bought a car that after a couple of weeks and two breakdowns later the timing chain had to be replaced...fine after that . Then another issue that was clearly covered with the warranty but they would not fix...quoting ...in my opinion it is not covered...really...would not buy another car from here...really unprofessional service...get car checked over before you buy

Just purchased car for our daughter who has just passed her driving test.Cant speak highly enough about the help we were given,a special mention to Jonathan and Paul.Excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble and great price for the car we bought.would give 11 out of 10 and 6 stars if we could. Highly recommend

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!I wish I could give 0 stars for this pathetic excuse of a business! Avoid avoid avoid please. these cowboys are unprofessional scammers. After 1 day of signing the agreement I decided to NOT go ahead with the agreement as the interest rate was beyond extortionate and was anxious about not being able to keep up with the payment. I called to cancel as I was still within my right to cancel the agreement and I was passed on to the most unprofessional and just baffling human being called PAUL. They still owe me 250 for the deposit I paid to hold the car FOR ONE DAY and in their opinions they believe they "earned" that for the few forms they sent via email which he claimed he spent hours on lol! ONE day just please deep that! so do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys!

Was very disappointed, saw a mk1 Tt on auto trader, asking price of 7,000, which is very high for one, phoned up, was told it was an immaculate example, comes with 12 months mot, they personally inspect the cars and rac also inspect the cars, all sounded very good, I asked do I need appointment to come see it they said no, just come down. I went down, everyone was very busy, ages before I actually spoke to someone, Spent ages looking round the car my self, then someone came, it was tucked at the back so they had to move cars before I could get to drive it, Then he brought the jump leads, as it didnt start, when I finally came to test drive it, the seats wouldnt move backwards or forward. On start it made a horrendous screeching sound, the belt sounded like it was overworking, could be down to no charge in the battery, but nothing I would have expected from this sort of price, as I was test driving realised the heated seats didnt work, couldnt fold the back seats. I had a look under the bonnet and took oil cap of and there was water residue, again could be down to being sat but still would have expected someone to check. What disappointment even more was when some else came to look at a vehicle it was prepped and ready. When I mentioned some of the issues the said they only get fixed when someone purchase the vehicle. Although the staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, for the price asked for the vehicle I would have expected a better reception. Be cautions when purchasing from a vehicle do your own checks.
