This is my first time going to a dealership for a vehicle which I bought outright not on finance and their customer service was disgraceful and has put me off going to any dealership of theirs in the future. I had paid off the car via bank transfer days before it was meant to be delivered also paid for delivery 99. When it came to deliver my car they kept telling me no one wants to deliver it and I may have to wait a month or 2 which made me go out to Leeds 4 hour drive to just collect my car, not only that they now are not trying to refund my 99. This dealership is a disgrace and the sales manger doesnt care about nothing but commission I would highly avoid this dealership.

BMW Stratstone Leeds is one of the most outstanding car dealerships I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of their operations, from the sales process to after-sales support. I purchased my used approved vehicle remotely, and was able to ask them for personalised videos of every individual aspect of the car that I was interested in viewing to confirm everything was in good working order prior to making the purchase. I also part exchanged my car, and this was also done remotely via a teams meeting which made my life very easy indeed. One of the most remarkable things about this dealership is their highly competent and customer-oriented staff. Helen Robertson, in particular, stands out for going above and beyond the call of duty to resolve any issues I had with my purchase. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly admirable, and her efforts to ensure I was left feeling happy were highly appreciated. In addition, the sales managers, Robbie Hogan and Jack Redmond must be commended for their expertise and professionalism as they both took the time to understand my issues, and were able to provide the best possible solution in each case. Overall, BMW Stratstone Leeds Car dealership is a highly recommended destination for anyone looking for exceptional cars and service. Spoke to Aziz at Stratstone BMW last week and he managed to source a fantastic M340i touring which I collected only 1 week later. Aziz did a truly superb job from start to finish with all questions answered with no hassle or fuss. Ive bought BMW cars for the last 23 years (first one from Leeds) and this was, by a country mile the best buying experience I have had. Just purchased my second motor from this awesome dealership with the assistance of Mark Bowden from sales. Our first was an X7 40d M sport and second an M3 competition Xdrive. We also have a M240i still on order awaiting allocation. Its been an absolute dream of an experience dealing with Mark with these vehicles, he will help you in any way he possibly can and will always get you a great deal.
