    I want to share a terrible customer experience I had with Cazoo in the hopes of getting my issue resolved. I sold my Mercedes to Cazoo more than a month ago, and they owe me 2076.11. Despite having my car for over a month, they have not settled the finance on it nor paid me the settlement. As a result, I had to make an additional finance payment and will have to make another soon. I have contacted Cazoo's support over 50 times in the past 30 days, but they have been unhelpful. They gave me various excuses, such as "it's not my department's problem" and "there is nothing we can do." Despite asking to speak to a manager multiple times, I either get promised a call back that never happens or flat-out refused. No one at Cazoo seems to want to help me resolve this, and I am completely lost on what to do. I am disappointed that no Support Manager or Operations Manager/Director has intervened to resolve this. I have already spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue, and if this doesn't work, I may have to take legal action. I am extremely frustrated by this experience, and I hope that sharing it on social media will make a difference.

    Bought a car around 2 months ago and have had problem after problem :( already been to dealership and cazoo repair centres about 10 times and literally there almost every week as new issues keep popping up. The whole process was a shambles for myself from the very start. The staff could not confirm properly the details and gave me confirmations for dates which were't even available. Later this followed with issues in the car every week from blown bulbs, squeaking brakes, smell of burning inside the car from heated seats and many more, I've had to repair things myself at times from the dealership as the warranty did nothing for me and all came at a massive cost. Would avoid buying from cazoo again. Its been non stop hassle after buying a car and its only been 2 months! Hope they can help me return the car/switch it for another as im getting sick of constantly booking appointments with repair centres and being without my car and not having any confidence in my vehicle. Very disappointed :(

    The worst buying experience of anything I have ever bought!! AVOID!! When I purchased the car the handover date was moved several times but never before I was told - I was simply left waiting waisting a day off work. The customer service reps simply didn't care. They then told me they need to complete work on the car and again i was told constantly inaccurate or false information time and time again. Now I'm well over a month after giving them 21k for a car and I haven't seen it and again due to a last minute cancellation I am left stranded for an upcoming event. Will I get a courtesy car or compensation? I have no idea as customer service won't tell me anything and is simply rude. Awful from the start and unfortunately it still isn't over. My emails are still being ignored and calls unanswered. If they say they will call you they never will! AVOID!!

    Absolute trash of customer service. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. If you want your experience of buying a car to be stress free then just stay far away from cazoo.

    Absolute joke of a company! Bought a car and within 6 weeks the gear box has broken making the car un drivable. They are unable to hook my car into a a garage until nearly 2 weeks after the car broke and unable to provide a loan car for me leaving me stuck without transport for work or my baby! Everytime I ring I get passed about and told the same thing! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CAZOO!
