        I have found Mary Lofthouse, the service manager, helpful and polite at all times. She has gone out of her way to be as helpful not only with the service elements but with support and advice.

        I was really pleased with the service from start to collection. As a single woman I was worried about being mansplained or talked down to which would have seen me out of the door in a shot. Stuart was great. Respectful and knowledgeable and didnt give me the hard sell. Im really pleased with the car and the whole process including the finance application and totally over the moon that I was able to hand over my ancient Qashquai as part of the deal. Just wish Id done it years ago!
