RBA Town Planning

I cannot stress how valuable RBA Town Planners have been in helping us to appeal a retrospective planning application. When we were opposed by Stockport council, we faced losing all the money we'd paid out for our gate along with the ability to enclose our driveway for security purposes. We were contacted by RBA and we had nothing to lose, but I'm so glad we gave it a go. It was only due to their knowledge and expertise that we were eventually able to succeed in progressing the matter to the inspectorate, ultimately overturning the council's decision. The council's reasoning was completely unreasonable and unjust from the start, and they acted against all their own policies - just like bullies do really. RBA were there to offer advice, and representation. It was a stressful period, but made a whole lot more palatable by having a team on our side who knew just what we needed to do. Cannot recommend these guys enough, we're thrilled with what they've achieved for us.

RBA Town Planning helped me massively with an issue over a porch that wasnt in keeping and oversized, they helped me keep my project and saved me a lot of money, highly recommended.

RBA helped us successfully appeal against HMO refusal. They had excellent knowledge of the Councils planning process and dealt efficiently with the paper work associated with the appeal. Would recommend.

Would thoroughly recommend. Wed had planning declined for an extension. They acted quickly to respond to a tight timeline, gave very clear communication along the process, were down to earth and friendly to deal with. They responded to all of the councils points and we were successful in the appeal. Very positive experience!
