They help but initially in the assignments you will pass but after few assignments you will hardly pass, then the month limit to complete will be finished away, then you will be charged extra money by the big teacher for extension of time, because there see lots of assignments to complete.

I completed a course during Covid and was told my certificate would be sent in the post when it arrived with them. I understood there would be difficulties given the circumstances. However, after 6 months I emailed to be told there was a delay. Another few months I emailed again and an electronic version was sent out. As this was a teaching qualification, my work wanted the hard copy so I asked again for a certificate to be sent. Every few months I was fobbed off with "it's on its way" "we lost your address" "there's a delay". Needless to say, 3 years down the line I'm still trying to get my certificate and now they're ignoring my emails. I will be reporting them to the governing body as I think this is a sham.

excellent support throughout the course, prompt marking of assignments. Replied to emails/questions in a timely manner. Thanks for all your help and support I look forward to putting my knowledge into practice.

Big Teacher offered support the whole way through, the course was easy to follow and provides you with all the information you will need, my tutor claire was great and i was able to reach out to her for any support i needed.i would recommend this course to any body looking into getting into the teaching industry.
