Very professional. Once they forgot to change the oil in my car engine and they were professional about it and corrected their mistake.

Very bad service. I brought car 2 years ago and today I've had appointment to check my car because rust start apear after my 5 years toyota warranty expires. When I call to do appointment they told me for paint warranty is 8 years. It is not normal for 5 years old toyota to have rust. At phone they told me they will put car on the ramp do picture and sent at Toyota and today someone come outside check and told is from a stone and the water go under the paint that's why is rust, but rust is all wing not only in one place. I check with another service and they told me this car was damage and fixed. So they sell a damage car and now they don't want to fix it. Total unprofessional . Regards Liana Pacurar

Very friendly polite don't like to keep you waiting explain everything to you about waiting time for a job and when they have done there jobwith there bills
