Gold Medal Performance. My recent experience with BT, to be honest, nearly broke me and I had a few restless nights worrying that TTG would not be any better but what joy!!. Great start with Maria, friendly, efficient and returned my calls when she promised. Anna, great communicator. Explained everything simply so I could understand. Always at the end of an email and kept me informed every step of the way. Jonathan delivered everything we asked for and explained the system in a short training session to someone who loves tech but is not very techy!! Finally, Tariq, patience of a saint, did not get phased when we started bombarding him with issues and stayed with us until we were all happy. I slept heartily last night, knowing that if I have any issue, I have the confidence going forward that it will be resolved. One regret, I didnt contact you sooner to provide our phone service Superb service.

Excellent communications from Steve at the sales stage making it easy to decide which components we required. The training and setup was carried out by Tom. The training delivered by Tom was excellent! Clear and easy to understand. I would recommend TTG for all things telephony.

Weve partnered with TTG for the last 4 years, working alongside them at a number of our largest clients. 3CX is a fantastic solution, and with TTG being the top UK partner, we can trust that no matter what VoIP issue we may find, they will be able to resolve or advise what IT adjustments may be required. A great bunch of people who clearly love what they do.
