Appalling service, no one seems to know what they are doing. Asked for a specific area code multiple time and they still gave me the wrong one. No one seems to know how to fix it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very poor service, have had nothing but poor service since their accusations of Digiquip whom we were with. Their accounts depth have no idea suspend our set up of a phone system because they said we hadn't paid our bill.WHAT BILL never received one, IT WAS ON DIRECT DEBIT!! our equipment supplied by Lily appears substandard, getting fed up of being passed off ,poor excuses really had enough. Iam trying run a business don't have time to keep contacting Lily. All we want is a good system and good back up service, not getting it. Time to move away from Lily. Avoid avoid avoid. We at Plumb Point left these con artists 2 years ago to go to a better supplier that dont have additional charges every 5 minutes for things that dont exist. Upon leaving this so called service theyve now been plucking figures out of thin air such as 10,000 to start off with to end our non existent contract. Our new suppliers have been given permission to deal with this yet we still to this day get random number bills come via email or phone call with threats to shut off our internet and phone lines that do not exist! They use this method to make you panic pay as it would be impossible as we do not use their lines now. Once again today I had to remind them that they must contact our current supplier with any so called bills they like to make up as we are not interested in this scam. P.s the 10,000 random leaving fee has apparently drop to 2600 overnight lol! Ignore their reply nobody has been in touch! Theyre still trying to scam us.
