        I would never use Amber cars ever again. Pre booked and paid for journey. Driver arrived and refused to take us. Said hes rung us 5 times, I had NO missed calls. He called me a liar and then set off and drove back past us, literally 5 mins later with a car full of passengers. Quite clearly he didnt want to make the 17 mile journey to take us home. He was rude and arrogant and left myself and my 86yr old father stranded. If this is the calibre of your drivers then Im glad I am never going to be using your company ever again. Awful service from a below par company. There are other taxi companies to use and Amber drivers need to understand this. If I could have removed the one star rating I would have.

        Got a taxi from Seacroft, East Leeds to Cardigan Fields in West. It was a last minute booking & wait time was very short. Driver was very friendly, obliging, prompt & ensured I was on time. They're a great taxi company and I always try to use them if I can.
