Taxi driver refused to take card payment saying he only takes cash this was at the train station. He told me next time i have to ask. As its not up to them to inform me cash only. He was super rude as well.

I wouldnt even give them a 1 star only reason I did was so I can leave this review, honestly Im a student who works part time down boar lane and as of lately there has been a trend with your taxi drivers that on the weekend they decide they not going to work on the meter and rather just decide there own price and as a student its very expensive especially when your taxi drivers are charging 20-25 to go to Headingley when I know its a maximum 10 trip as I use it during the week when I work and this is the very reason why people prefer Uber, it took me 45mins last night at 3am in the pouring rain to get one of your taxis after begging multiple times and also resulting in my laptop getting soaked in water - I am utterly shocked and will never be using your service again!!!!!!

Got a ride from this guy. When we got to my destination he told me and insisted that he only accepts cash payment. We drove to a nearby cash machine I know (meter running) and found it out of service. That is when the guy took out his mobile card machine and I paid. He tried to tell me some explanations which I didn't bother to listen to. The one star is just that I got to my destination.
