Called in to get petrol and some shopping. It wasn't busy! Nice friendly staff filling the shelves. When I got to the till no one was there so I asked a guy who was messing with crisps. He said wait and someone will come. No one came So I asked him again after 5 minutes. Is there just the one guy who is making coffees and warm sandwiches doing the petrol as well. He said yes This guy was busy. I think the RUDE guy was the manager as he wore different clothes to the others. Because they don't own the shop/garage he just work there,he just didn't care. I left the money for the petrol on the counter and walked out.

Rude staff that get stressy when there is a small que. there is plenty of staff and they all hide and dont want to help when its busy. Pressing the bell 5 more times wont help.

Very poor "free from / made without" selection. Very few tills open despite long queues. Gave up and left without buying anything. Staff at package collection were nice and polite.

An ignorant young man served me yesterday. Mono sybilic 'Petrol?' Then threw the change at me all in loose coins where a note would have done. Obviously unhappy in his work and life. I didn't need your negativity for things that are clearly wrong in your life and causing you pain. Please do not make others suffer for your bad feelings. Smile it is a wonderful life.Or let someone else with a personality have your job.
