        Normally I visit the store in the morning for some quick shopping before work, and was ok with card payments (two card machines actually didnt work properly and had to insert the card for payments yesterday). However, I went in today with only a 50 note but was asked to spend at least 25 to use it! (I called customer service afterwards and the gentleman who answered the call immediately apologised and said there was no such policy!!) After some discussions and the guy found some change for me and was said youre lucky which apparently they do have some changes for me. I was trying to explain the reason but he said it wasnt his problem without me finishing it. I said I understand they might not have enough change and even thank him in the end but making up a fake policy is definitely not the way how to handle it! So well clearly no customer service there and definitely wont be visiting again. Very disappointed.
