Store is generally better than it was. Review focuses mainly on Market Kitchen. Went 01/05/23 to Char & Smoke to be told they have had a change around and menu items were different. Ordered a burrito, they have taken away the rice, most of the sauces and most of the other toppings. I got chicken with beetroot slaw, whilst the chicken didn't look dry at the store it was dry in the burrito when I ate it. It was also pretty tasteless and boring. I also got chicken pieces with cross cut chips, the cross cuts were greasy and tasted oily and the chicken was dry. The only good thing was the garlic bread which I think must have come from the pizza section. The chicken nuggets and chips were also dry and bad quality. Don't change something if it works, or if you are going to at least run it past the public first instead of focussing on profit over quality
