I turned up for an appt to get a deposit box there and disapointed at myself for forgetting my letter/statement of address in last 3 months. However If I was the owner/director I would be spitting blood of letting business walk out the door. I bank with Monzo, have my card with me show them my full bank statements including current month. I as as when you go in there is a big white printer/photocopier on wall at the left. I have my in date passport. The old guy sitting down was the senior no doubts about it, the older gentlemen of darker skin was looking to him and asking "Can we do this" The old guy rubbing his eyes, slovenly, never stood up once as me and the other guy was looking at each other standing up. The worst word I said this unbelievable. The cant say its a breach of GDPR, BECAUSE ITTS MY BANK STATEMENT, THEY WERE HAPPY TO SEE IT AND TAKE IT IF i HAD IT PRINTED OFF, POLITE, I walked away very quickly as disappointed a bit with myself but PDF sent to his email...print it out you have everything. He saw me open my MONZO APP address everything. Every sophisticated system can scan an email or download and the guy has already seen my monzo app and phone. I asked myself was i happy with the attitude of the older guy sitting down...never. The guy who I was majority speaking to he was a nice enough guy. How can I deposit or get a box there after this ,,...how could I trust....gutted at my own application however email sent print ....lets get your box. If I was a boss would be livid.
