Lovely venue, great staff, friendly and welcoming. We all had Sunday lunch but food didnt have enough gravy! Once we started to eat I asked for more gravy, which came then we had puddings, again they were nice. Our server was lovely and informed us of the wine we had chosen was new and would like feed back, which we were happy to give.Once bill came it was pointed out about service charge, which we didnt mind, as it goes to the staff( if you pay cash) but not happy been charged 1.00 for gravy !! It took the edge of the evening. We noticed that electric heaters were on full outside the seating area with know one there! So turn them off, that would save money but dont change for gravy! Because of this I wont be back. Manager pls note..
