        Lucy is fantastic! The laser hair removal was in a sensitive area, but she was professional and friendly which helped me feel more at ease. The treatment was a little painful (I have a low pain tolerance), but she was thorough and made sure to get it over and done with as quickly as possible, stopping for rest breaks whenever I needed. We also had a nice chat - I hope my next appointment is with Lucy too! Everyone at the the desk was also lovely when I arrived :) Services: Laser hair removal, Intimate area hair removal
