        For the very first time, i found myself in a crisis! Whilst walking in Leeds, the heel of my shoe fell off! I googled cobblers nearby, called NBC and he assured me it would be resolved in 10 minutes. Went to see the lovely gentleman who repaired not just one but both of my shoes as the other needed a little glue! The kind Sir refused to take any money from me! May God bless you for your generosity and kind heart! Highly recommended!

        My dog chewed the zip on some boots but despite this being a fiddly job, the boots are now perfectly fixed. Great price and service. Thanks!

        Brilliant service, took my weekend bag in at lunch time as the zip had broken and I need the bag for the whole weekend. The lady said it would be no more than 5 and she'd try her best to have it ready in a couple of hours, and she did. Definitely recommend!
