I've been using a Computime clocking system for over a decade and have had excellent support throughout that time. Computime are definitely one of the best providers out there.

The sales pitch for this software was very impressive, the equipment arrived in a timely manner and software was installed remotely to our system. It is easy to add and remove individuals from the system There has been the odd hic up but isn't there always with new software. No issues when we contact tech support they normally respond within a matter of hours. The only issue we are still having is being able to generate the current report that can be imported and accepted into our payroll system so we are currently working from the print out. Other then that we don't have any issues with this and it has more features such as the Bradford factor which we are now looking to implement as we never had this before.
