        My house was robbed whilst ADT security was on. The engineer came and confirmed that it was due to them installing their sensors incorrectly. They offered no compensation and/or reinstallation of the sensors despite the dialogue with them going on for over a month. I'd say - if you want to feel protected in your house - ADT is not the company you should be approaching

        The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to work with, you cannot get to speak to any engineer if there is a problem, they do not attend when promised and will not answer your calls if you are chasing a site visit appointment that wasn't kept for the 10th time. If you want to waste your money and pay for a service you will not receive then employ adt if not give this large company a bypass you will not regret it.
