Had cameras installed on my property, installation was fine and the fitters arrived on time and were polite & friendly. My problem with the cameras is the rubbish quality of them, it is shocking when you need to zoom in even just slightly, the sales rep that visited my home and was showing us the cameras they had and set up to us assured us the quality was fantastic and they were reliable. The video quality he had shown us that he had on his phone are no where near the quality that we have. I had my car vandalised on my own property by a criminal and the police couldnt prosecute as they couldnt get a clear picture of the persons face due to the poor quality images/videos given from the footage. Not impressed at all!

Prices are extremely high for a simple system (1700) and the rep came across as a double glazing sales person, not very knowledgeable about his product with all the tactics of a person I will not trust

I thought the guy who came to do the quote was exaggerating as to what the camera system could do. Now they have been installed I have to admit it is even better than I was expecting. The installer went through everything with me in great detail and showed me a couple of features not mentioned during the quote. I still cant understand how it manages to see in colour at night without lights but very impressed with the whole process from quote to installation. Could not recommend highly enough. Amazing system and service and so simple to use!!
