Booked appointment in advance for aerial to ensure we were at the property and got a two hour window. Rang on day towards end of window to confirm arrival, said they would get engineer to ring. Engineer rang to say be at least 2 hours and then started quoting prices for call outs which they could have done the week before.

Very poor service. Tradesman was rude because we didn't have cash on us and he worked out in a puff! Cannot recommend.
