My food didnt even get delivered tried ringing them and just kept sending my calls to voicemail please do not order from here as theyll take your money but not deliver your food.

Ordered 2 large breakfasts on just eat took money out of my bank and didn't deliver the food I have gone to just eat for a refund as it's ridiculous happy to take money from me but not deliver items it's disgusting tried to contact the restaurant and it only rings and rings

Phoned 13 times today no body picking the phone up I had a big order how they stay in business I dont no they lost my custom from now on as I've ordered from another cafe

Now trading as lola's and claiming under new management but answering the phone as bella's. 1 hr and 20 mins after placing the order I called to ask how much longer my delivery would be, to be told they'd delivered it to the wrong address and they'd come straight back out with my order (food arrived cold) and missing 2 items. I'm now 2 and half hours since placing my order and still not here with the food that was missing. When calling them I've been told to not order from here again if I'm unhappy with service. If you want nice food and customer service should something go wrong DO NOT USE LOLA'S SANDWICH BAR OR BELLA'S Update... 3 hours after placing my original order, they've just arrived with my missing items and it's wrong again!!!!! Up
