I ordered a tuna melt panini, when I took a bite it turned out to be a cheese and ham panini!!! I went straight back to Panini Shack and the manager just apologised and refunded me. Pathetic customer service in my opinion, not even a replacement of the panini which I came for initially. I will never be retuning here again! Mistakes do happen however this is not to be taken lightly as eating ham is not allowed in my religion. It's like giving meat to a vegetarian

Hidden location at the bottom of Bridgewater Place..... exceptionally busy at lunch, but really organised service. Great food, decent prices.... highly recommended!!!
