        They should train most of their staff proper customer service especially the ones who are in the cash register. They should be more attentive and read-back orders to avoid unecessary mistakes. Its just frustrating sometimes.

        The worst experience in my life I requested a caramelised macadamia and received a caramel mocha instead. When I told the barista, she claimed that I had ordered it and withheld my Caramelized Macadamia. She continued to roll her eyes at me after that. I would never recommend coming here and I would never come back!

        Very disappointed we purchased a reusable cup and ask them to used it for our drink. We end up drinking without knowing they did not even check and clean the cup first. We found out there is a paper(sticker) floating in our drink.
