Very rude staff member. Got here at 06:58, the door was open. I was told that they weren't open yet (literally 2 minutes until they did). I was made to wait outside in the cold for no other reason than some awful woman's power trip. If you are closed, make sure your front door is closed! Walked to the local Cafe Nero instead for a much nicer experience

The coldest, most lacklustre service imaginable. The "lady" who served me at around 3pm today was appallingly cold and unfriendly. She should seek a career change as a parking attendant or something that requires zero personality/ effort. Disgraceful.

I just wanted to drop in a review as the server that I had this morning was just a delight and I feel I rarely get good customer service esp when getting a coffee. I wish I had the lady's name to give her a personal mention. You were out of the new Autumn syrups but she made a recommendation and made me a lovely coffee, thank you for starting my day off well!
