I've ordered several times from Aurora and every time the products have arrived as expected... On Time....and with no replacements or missing items..... The sales chap is knowledgeable and helpful and has steered me towards the correct product Not a bad word to say about them....

Great service and competitive, I have used Aurora in my previous company a few times for PPE when based in Ossett and Wakefield, at short notice I was able to get everything I needed at a competitive price. But above all else fantastic friendly team of people. Because of them myself and my team completed our contract on time in a safe manner

I was really hopeful of good things from this organisation, fairly local and seemed to have a good stock. We wanted a particular type of disposable glove which they said they had in stock. Pricing was reasonable so we placed an order, paid by proforma which is standard practice on first orders so no problems with that. When the order arrived not only had the wrong make of glove arrived but a XL size was sent instead of a medium. We contacted them about the return they were really helpful saying no problem someone would collect the next day. This didn't happen. I tried contacting the company to try to find out via the method I started the business relationship, nothing. We then had to chase again to organise the return, when this happened the courier turned up without a label, we weren't supplied one from them. Driver said its ok I'll scan this one, it worked so he took it, a day or two later it was redelivered to us. We are still waiting on them being collected and a refund being processed as they finally admitted they didn't have stock of the gloves we wanted and ordered and couldn't get any in. We've probably had the incorrect gloves for over a month now. Pretty poor service if you ask me. I understand mistakes are made, no problem, but not resolving them in a timely manner and then lying is shambolic.

We started using this company about 12 months ago for some of our workshop PPE requirements. Overalls, boots, vinyl gloves, towelling rags As a sourcing company they have been fantastic and very helpful and the staff are all friendly I am really surprised at the negative reviews on here because they get 5 stars from me Keep up the good work !
