        My mother was in here for over 6 months. The lever of care is disgusting and deeply unrespectful to the poor residents. They use cheap labour carers who do not have a clue how to look after anyone. Bedridden patients unable to move are continually left with NO PANIC ALARM instead its hung on the wall out of their reach. The meals are left on trays well above the patients head they DO NOT LIFT THE PATIENT'S UP to make them able to eat. Over the SIX MONTHS all my family complained about the bad treatment. Yes they are all so sorry and promise it wont happen again but they are LIARS and things continue. I feel really sorry for all the patients who dont get visited often and have no one to stop this terrible undignified abuse.

        I wouldn't recommend it as a dog's home never mind a care home my mother was in there the staff don't have a clue about caring for the elderly so disappointed in it
