        Colleen Bates absolutely fantastic every member of staff brilliant . Treated my auntie like she was there own family . Never wavered in 6 years. Supported her daughter snd myself during a hard sad time until she passed away. I cannot thank them enough for ther loving care and support over those 6 years everyone of them cleaners , chefs, care workers , just brilliant thank you all and god bless you all
