Frances Hansom - Reiki and Energy Healing

Frances is amazing at holding space! I have had a distance reiki session and a 1:1 in person session with her so far, and in both instances found her energy to be deeply nourishing, grounding and soothing. She has a very relaxing, easing and nurturing quality about her, which instantly makes you feel at peace in her presence. The sessions with Frances have taken me much deeper with my healing and the clearing and cleansing is another level from her. Thank you for the healing and sessions Frances. Absolutely loved my experience with Frances. I felt welcomed and at peace from the moment I met her. It was my first time having Tera-mai & Seichem reiki but I felt very at ease. Frances explained the whole process to me before we started. I am not someone who is always comfortable in new situations so this was very important for me! Frances is very talented and was on point with everything she told me. I loved the detail she went into about each energy centre and the blockages I was experiencing and she even sent me a very detailed email afterwards. I felt very calm and lighter leaving her studio. Would 100% reccomend!! A very special lady!

I sought out Frances when I was experiencing a particularly stressful period in my life. I had no previous experience of Reiki but Frances had been recommended by numerous people in my friendship circle so I wanted to give it a go. I found the treatment incredibly relaxing and though I can't explain exactly how it worked I can tell you I felt like a burden had been lifted and immediately began sleeping better. I have returned on a regular basis since. Through the treatments Frances is able to identify both physical and emotional injuries without me telling her about them. The treatments have also helped me make more positive choices moving forward and have helped me find more balance in my life. Get booked in. You won't regret it.

I've had the most astonishing healing session, delivered remotely yet still intensely effective. I am still - almost 24 hours later - feeling the benefit and suspect that this will continue, as the energies shift and attend to what is necessary. Absolutely amazing. I'd definitely recommend Frances and intend to ask her for further sessions. Thank you SO much.
