Been here for 3 months, the recruitment process at Transition Partners is very smooth, I spoke with the business over 3 stages and a decision was made quickly. What stands out when you join (I've said this to the NED of the business) is the fact that everything is laid out to you in terms of future meetings, training, marketing when you first join. It is so handy having a place where you know where you stand. I would recommend the business to anyone

I had a great experience with TP especially Naveen. I was offered job within 24 hours. He followed it up right from submitting my CV to client until i was offered contract. Naveen is very professional and polite. I highly recommend Naveen. Not to forget Elly Green, she was in constant communication throughout the process until i was onboarded. I had a stage 3 interview process where they asked me to create a presentation. I did so much research and preparation for this interview. My interview lasted from 1.30 till 3pm. Throughout the interview they told me im not being my self, im not showing my personality. I was feeling very confident and was speaking a lot, there were times where I was nervous as it was my first interview in three years. I also explained that to them. They made me feel uncomfortable half way through the interview , for the second time making comments like we have been here for 50 minutes but we still dont feel like we can see through your personality. This just made it more awkward for me! At the end of the interview they said to me well do some more activities to try get to know you a bit better. I waited for a bit and the manager came back in to tell me they wont offer me the job because they dont think Im suitable. The feedback was very VAGUE. It wasnt relevant at all. I was very disappointed at how they treated me. They said to me im not showing personality however it was an interview and I was just trying to focus on the questions. I also dont feel like they were giving me the energy the wanted from me. They didnt come across friendly at all. I left the interview feeling very awkward. I then called them twice to get a detailed written feedback by email as I didnt think her feedback at the interview made any sense. I sent them a message as well to ask for written feedback but they never got back to me. I feel very disappointed at how they treated me at the interview, so I definitely wouldnt recommend anyone wasting their time attending an interview with them.
