Still waiting for P45 and holiday pay they owe me been 1 1/2 months. Tried contacting them only to be ignored.

Still waiting payment of holiday hours almost 3 months after stopping working for them. All attempts at contact are ignored and brushed off. Had to get ACAS involved to try sort my owed money out and they've ignored them too, so now it's off to an employment tribunal so the high court enforcement officers can get my owed money for me. Terrible communication unless they want you to do some extra hours, but when it comes to paying you they are nowhere to be found.
