Had a really poor experience with the over the last 2 years. They have little interest in finding roles for less qualified people wanting to get into marketing. For example I have a few month experience at an agency and I currently help to run the social media for a large conference, however I never hear back from them. I have called multiple times and everytime I get the same "they're on the other line but I'll ask them to call you back". They never do. As a young person wanting to get into marketing, dealing with them has been hugely frustrating, especially because you cant get some of the roles they over except through them. Really poor customer service if they dont want you. You are simply ignored.
