I was helped by Nicholas to get a role recently, he was extremely helpful from the start, being sure to give me regular updates and help me correspond with the team at my new role. He kept checking in on me to make sure everything was going well and has carried on checking in since I got the role! Nick was stellar was from start to finish. He helped settle any fears or apprehensions I had from the very beginning and was clear and concise about any and all expectations from myself and the client who I was interviewing with. Communication was consistent and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the entire process, going as far as messaging me whilst he was sitting on an aeroplane on his jollies to share the amazing news I'd been offered my dream role! He took what was initially a very nervous step into the job market and turned it into an exciting opportunity that I can't wait to start. Hannah has been the best recruitment consultant i've worked with to date, and the support did not stop after i had started the role. She was constantly working behind the scenes throughout the duration of the contract to make sure everything ran smoothly for both myself and the client. Sometimes the uncertainties around contracting can make things difficult, but working with Hannah really made me feel supported and in control.

As an applicant, my perspective of the process was fantastic. This has been the first new job I had in over 10 years(!), so I was quite nervous and unsure, but Hannah was so kind, reassuring and attentive from start to finish and even a month into my new role.
