I would like to personally thank and recommend Mike Butler, Samerah Taylor and other members of the team past and present. I've worked with Mike at Techsearch part of Staffline for over 20 years and he/his team have been placing me in engineering maintenance contracts for many years, Into different food and manufacturing companies. Mike and the team at Techsearch have a lot of engineering contacts in the industry and Techsearch have always found me relevant work to meet my skills as an Electrical / Multi-Skilled Engineer. Best wishes for the future Thanks Techsearch!

Mike BUTLER. What a complete plonker! Absolutely rude on the phone and very unprofessional like he wasn't bothered. Why respond to my application and call me if you can't even have the decency to listen. The job did sound very interesting and I do have the relevant experience and knowledge for the role but won't be taking my application any further. Totally agree with the other comments and reviews about him!

Friendly guy, but no feedback or updates from job application! This modus operandi is typical of most agencies though unfortunately.

Mike Butler FREC DipRP BA, National Recruitment Manager, is absolutely unprofessional and rude. I made contact with him via LinkedIn, I introduced myself and provided a brief summary of my background, which he ignored. When I followed up he sent me a message asking me to stop writing to him as he did not know who I was. I wonder what sort of attitude and professionalism is that? If he can't be bothered to deal with candidates, why work in recruitment? Obviously he doesn't have the skills to work with people, so I would suggest he becomes a geologist and then can work with rocks and stones.
