Indeed Flex (Yorkshire Office)

Sat for half hour (15mins late with no response). Then they call back and tell you to download the flex app to proceed. Then for a delivery driver role, being a delivery driver 6months ago and a bus driver a nearly 2 years ago, is not experienced enough for the role sounds like they just want more people using their app but have no clue what a recruiter should be looking for or what "experience" is...... Not suitable!!

Try and keep it simple. If you do get a shift through the app, which in itself is a challenge it's not what you might think. You get accepted and they then send you for an interview at the place you might possibly be working. (Warehouse positions) I am unable to comment about the hospitality section. You may think the shift was guaranteed after being accepted through the App but this was not the case. Anyway, after being sent off to a factory, everything changed, the day shift was in fact a night shift, the pay went down from 9.80 something to 8.80, the people at the factory said they told syft of their needs but this was obviously ignored, anyway I said no thanks to the factory and off i went. Syft then contact me on the Monday asking why I haven't showed up for my shift they accepted for me and gave me a strike! Ha ha I deleted the app after that and blocked the women from the Leeds Office. As for this racism business, it's not true, I went to an on boarding session thing and the amount of non nationals who simply just showed up without completing the app or bringing ID when it clearly states before you show up that it's a mandatory requirement and you will not be able to complete the session without it was unreal. A lot of the non nationals then get angry and plead ignorance or blame the app and start kicking off with the staff when they cant complete the session. To be honest the whole concept is a joke, stick to a normal cheating agency, at least they are up front when they rip you off or deceive. I speak and write as I find.
