Firstly, the single 5 star review for this company is by Robert Ayres - he works in their IT Department (for over 2 years) - so, at the very least, is unrepresentative of working for them as a "temp". My experience working for these people: - they refused to provide PPE. - they under paid me for a shift and have refused to reply to my communications to resolve it. - holiday pay not paid. - no forward planning of shifts. - they send rude texts telling demanding you work a shift; always same day. - 8 hours shifts/no break. I worked for them because I was desparate over Christmas - if you are desparate too I would recommend staying clear of them. Horrific, rude and unprofessional - Morrissons use them and should be ashamed of themselves too.

Avoid if possible, they are trying not to pay employees because most of the people working for them are Polish and they think those don't understand English. Second thing, they still owe me my unpaid holiday, I got just half of my holiday wage, rang them triple and been told I will receive it on Friday... Third Friday from the first call and still nothing.
