Charlie Bartle at JWA was recommended to me by friends and I can now see why. Charlie is a highly skilled and consummate professional. She worked with me to go through my history asking me insightful questions to bring out the best of my experience, all the things I'd done but forgotten about! She spoke to me about roles that not only I had the skill for but those that would suit my personality and interests. Also where organisations would most appreciate me as an individual too. Charlie was spot on with her recommendations. I secured an interview for a role I really wanted and the support and preparation I received from Charlie was second to none.
