Electric Radiator Shop

I have purchased several radiators from the Electric Radiator Shop, and before recently I was very pleased and would even say they had good customer service. However, for my last purchase I have a noisy radiator that buzzes as the thermostat kicks in and off etc. They replaced the first radiator without question after I supplied a video. The company agreed that the noise was not correct, hence why would they send me a new identical radiator? Because they stated it should not make that noise. Unfortunately the replacement radiator is exactly the same, but now all of a sudden they are declaring it is not a fault and acceptable. There is a lady I have been dealing with, who has tried to be helpful. However, she needs to always speak to her manager, and he did not have the courtesy nor professionalism to come to the phone. I have sent a detailed email stating all the discrepancies on their website in the 'small print'. Depending on how they respond, this review may change.

Very happy customer. I bought some Digi-line electric radiators for my mothers conservatory. The guys at "Electric Radiator Shop" were fantastic, very knowledgeable & helpful. The radiators fit perfectly, very easy to install and simply to control too. She's nice and toasty when it's cold in her favourite place. Thanks.
