I am an 80+ pensioner who had the misfortune of selecting an Electorad Vanguard 2000 Heater It was on paper a very simple heater to operate (Boy was I wrong ) The manual seems to have been written by a Martian And the control panel is a total waste of time. it seems to have a life of its own The panel is very difficult to read without the aid of a magnifying glass Particularly as the back ground colour confuses the eyes and the digits become indistinct As my knowledge of advanced technology is not great I telephoned the Help Desk ( Waste of Time ) All the help I recieved was We will send a video to your phone or computer .We do not have an engineer . Get a neighbor or a friend to do it for you ( What sort of service is that ! I was always told that a happy customer is a repeat customer ) I am now in the process of purchasing an alternative heater That I can operate and does what it says on the tin , And if required some HELP Dissatisfied Customer Mr D Hadley 103 Walsall Road Lichfield Staffordshire WS13 8AD

Radiator broke down after three and a half months. Told yep, we'll replace it in about half a dozen calls only to be told at the end of the day by a different person it was the wholesaler's responsibility. 'But we can't tell you who they are, your electrician will have to sort that out.' Why are we having to reply on the work schedule of an electrician and pay extra when the product was faulty? It should be a case of getting a collection of the old one and delivery of a new one. We are now being told something completely different! Who to believe! I notice on here that their staff have posted 5 star reviews, presumably to boost their rating......not surprised.

Purchased several radiators of differing shapes and sizes. 'Ian McGregor' was my contact initially via telephone and email. Great technical knowledge, polite and friendly. No hard sell just a good sense of humour and great service. Collected in person in a safe manner. Exactly what we need during CV-19. Top marks for a excellent service! A+

The electric radiator supplied is excellent and simple to operate. More importantly, the first unit supplied was faulty, but was replaced very quickly with no fuss. Excellent customer service.

Service was excellent. Arrived on time. Disappointed that delivery man would not take pallet back.Radiator works well but instruction manual is very poor, especially the section on setting the timer. Needs simple step by step instructions I have given up trying to set the timer and now only turn it on manually.
