3 weeks to recover money owed from this circus, constantly given false info, emails ignored, absolutely Zero professional integrity..the reviews don't surprise and neither does the fact my landlord recently sacked them..AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Property management HA HA HA VLADIMIR PUTIN EAT YOUR HEART OUT 1 star is far far too much, a complete joke of a company from the MD downwards not fit to manage a cardboard box. Their website states words like honest and transparent...... complete lies don't try to complain they don't listen or care their "official" complaints department doesn't seem to exist your complaint is handled by the person who makes the original decision or the one you want to complain about you then get a badly fudged email and they call this fair and impartial. The worst dealings with a company that I have ever experienced AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NO WONDER YOU'VE ONLY GOT 2.9 FOR YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW

Watson are NOT an employee owned company. They own the employees. The simple fact is that they encourage the employees to CON the customers and clients. In return, the employees get a larger Christmas bonus. Watson are NOT regulated by RICS or ARMA, they are simply members, paying an annual subscription. Watson do NOT keep your 'reserve funds' in a separate bank account, as required by law. Watson do NOT act in your best interests when selecting service contractors ( they use their friends). Watson also provide fake/fraudulent annual 'audited' accounts. Their accountants are fraudulent. Watson falsely register themselves as Company Secretaries AND, in many cases, select themselves as Company Directors. Watson use your RMC for money laundering, tax evasion AND VAT fraud. Check ALL your 'audited' accounts. Ask for copies of all invoices and receipts. Check every Section 20 notice AND quote. Check your property lease and title deeds (available from the Land Registry website) Check the Articles of Association for your RMC (available from the Companies House website). Watson are very deceitful, but not very clever. Get rid of them sooner rather than later.
