        Also agree with all other extremely poor reviews as below. No wonder they have received such poor reviews. We have other properties managed by other agents but this one is the worst of all. They should be investigated. The service is extremely poor value for money. One of the most expensive service charge management company in in the areas. In addition, they regularly charge excessive amount of service charge with excessive late payment fee and by using some other excuses.

        Absolutely disgraceful company, who deal more with putting up barriers of communication and avoidance of doing anything to assist or liase with leaseholders. Customer service is not practiced and neither is any kind of urgency to create a safe environment for tenants/leaseholders
