Enquired and viewed a property in Horsforth. Agreed all the terms of the landlord. Been over 2 months now and still at square one. Jack who has been dealing with us has hardly kept us updated. Clearly dont want to rent the place out. Why take viewings of a premises if you dont want to rent it out. We had agreed on every single term of the landlord but no response. Every few weeks theyll send you a message asking if your still interested! Lol .. its like theyr keeping you as a last resort. Can not get my head around how unprofessional this company is. No updates, constantly having to chase up. Gave up after a month and seen another property in Horsforth and now in legals to get that, and still no word from Jack and his team. Extremely unprofessional and lack of customer support. If you or your client dont want to rent the place out, then why advertise it in the first place? EDIT: If the property was stuck till 31st December, and you have a customer enquiring with you in September and that they want to get ball rolling asap. Dont you think this is important information for said customer. If you or your team had told me this when we first came to view the premises, then we would not be chasing you every few weeks for an answer. All in all extremely unprofessional service from yourselves. Looking at other reviews people have left, this seems to be a common theme for the company.

Typical agent disappointingly.... was encouraged to submit an offer and the offer met all what they inquired for. then they never get back to me for about 4 weeks. when I called the staff is on vacation and once she is back the landlord went on vacation and when I chased with email I received a call that my offer is good and it is still under review. then after few weeks I called them again and then I received that answer that the shop been awarded to another company who is have a stronger business than me with a 30 branch around the country. I think the fact that they used my offer to promote and the they had an offer and others should rush to bid to create a bidding war. My offer was left in limbo while they used it as leverage to create demand and urgency. it is really disappointing.
