        Maintenance are usually quick and efficient

        Maintenance is shocking. We have been left without heating or hot water in the middle of winter with the promise of an 'emergency plumber' who has not shown up. We have encountered numerous other problems too. Not impressed and can't wait for our tenancy to be up.

        They should be ashamed, left 20+ students without hot water and heating in the middle of winter, promised us electric heaters never showed up even though they kept telling us they were on their way!
